Agreement to these terms

Use the site only if you accept these terms and the privacy policy. Stop using the site if you do not accept them.

Directory purpose

RV Dump Stations is an informational directory. It helps users find possible RV waste-disposal locations. The site does not own, manage, inspect, endorse, or control a listed location.

A listing is not a promise of access or service. It is not a reservation. It does not create a contract between you and a station operator.

Confirm details before travel

Station facts can change without notice. Hours, fees, access rules, road conditions, equipment, water, and location entrances can be wrong or out of date. Contact the operator before you make a special trip.

Use signs and operator instructions at the location. Do not discharge waste on land, into a storm drain, or into a system that is not approved for RV waste. You are responsible for legal and safe disposal.

Maps and directions

Map markers, nearby distances, device locations, and direction links are aids. They can contain errors. Nearby results use straight-line distance, not driving distance. Location accuracy depends on your browser and device.

Maps and directions do not account for vehicle height, length, weight, road closures, private roads, or safe turning space.

Use a navigation method that is suitable for your vehicle. Obey road signs and access controls.

The route planner uses OSRM and OpenStreetMap road data. It does not provide RV-safe or turn-by-turn navigation. A route can include a road that is not suitable for your RV.

Listing reports

You can send a field report from a station page. Submit only information that you believe is true. Do not submit private, unlawful, abusive, or unrelated content.

A report enters a review queue. It does not change a public listing automatically. We can verify, edit, reject, or delete a report.

External services

The site links to station websites, Google Maps, OpenStreetMap, and other third-party services. We do not control their content, availability, security, prices, or policies. A link does not mean that we endorse a third party.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to break a law, harm another person, overload the service, bypass a security control, or send malicious code. Do not falsely state that you represent RV Dump Stations.

You can link to a public directory page. Do not present a copied page in a way that hides its source or makes it look like your service operates a listed station.

Site content

Station names, trademarks, and third-party facts belong to their respective owners. Map data and software can have separate license terms. The site's original text, page design, and code remain subject to their applicable rights and licenses.

Send a claimed rights violation to contact@rv-dump-stations.com. Identify the content, your rights, the page URL, and the action that you request.

No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent that law permits, the site owner disclaims all warranties, including accuracy, availability, fitness for a purpose, and non-infringement.

Limit of liability

To the extent that law permits, the site owner is not liable for a loss that results from use of the site, reliance on a listing, travel to a location, use of a third-party service, or interruption of the site. This limit includes indirect, incidental, special, and consequential loss.

Some laws do not permit all warranty or liability limits. In that case, only the limits that the law permits apply.

Changes and availability

We can change, suspend, or remove site content. We can update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use after a change means that you accept the revised terms.
