Short answer
An RV dump station gives you a sewer inlet where you can connect a rated sewer hose and empty your holding tanks. Secure the hose at both ends, follow the site's instructions, and keep the black-tank valve closed until you are ready to dump. Many RVers empty the black tank first and the gray tank second so the gray water can help rinse the hose.
